About my work
I am trained as a clinical social worker and provide individual psychotherapy support to adolescents and adults.
My primary theoretical and practical modality is Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, underscored by the Person-Centered Approach. I tailor each therapy process and approach to best meet my clients' needs.
Other modalities I use include Narrative Therapy, Family Systems Theory, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Mindfulness.

I create a soft, sacred, and confidential space where my clients can explore their experiences, emotions, behaviours, and relationships.

About me
I grew up in Kwa-Zulu Natal in a beautiful, blended family and met my husband while studying a Bachelors of Drama in Pietermaritzburg.
After moving to Cape Town, I studied through UNISA to obtain my Bachelors of Social Work. I completed my Undergraduate internship in the Guidance Department at Bergvliet High School and went on to join The International School of Cape Town as their High School Counsellor. During these years I gained much experience in adolescent psychotherapy and family systems therapy.

I made the shift to Private Practice in 2019 and obtained my Masters in Clinical Social Work through the University of Cape Town in 2025. I completed my Internship at Valkenberg Psychiatric Hospital where I honed my diagnostic and clinical skills.
I am registered with the South African Council of Social Service Professionals, the Board of Healthcare Funders, and most Medical Aids.
